What is a heater?  definition
The heater is a heating device for industrial workpieces. Using the principle of electric current flowing through the conductor. (Resistance R), which results in conductor heating. The power supply is available with 220VAC and 380VAC voltage, allowing the user to operate the heater. Principle of heater operation Easy and convenient. Because of the use.heater It can understand the principle of easy work. At present, most industrial plants favor the use of heaters because they are cheaper and they can be ordered in sizes, heater shapes and watt. Most of the heater components are as follows.

1. Magnesium oxide insulation (MgO): Properties have low electrical conductivity. But the heat is very good. It acts as a conduit between the heater and the metal conductor to prevent leakage current from the heater wire to the metal surface. The important point is to prohibit the moisture in the insulation. This will increase the conductivity. The solution is to bring the heater to the oven to evaporate moisture. 2. Stainless steel: used in the production of heater. There are many kinds. Each type has different properties.
               - Stainless 304: Used in the work to be done to decorate the beauty. It is very resistant to rust.
               - Stainless 316: Designed to prevent rust. Can be used in heavy industry. And a place near the sea with high acidity - heater is.
               - Stainless 430: Stainless steel with 100% chromium and have a less rust potential than 300. This stainless steel is used to decorate the building.
     - Heaters are heating wire: nickel-plated 80 or Ni80 wire, with 80% nickel and 20% chromium, which can withstand temperatures up to 1100-1400 ° C. High elasticity And heat up to 1100-1400 degrees Celsius.

What is the Electric Heater?  definition
Alternatively, a heat pump uses an electric motor to drive a refrigeration cycle, that draws heat energy from a source such as the ground or outside air and directs that heat into the space to be warmed. Some systems can be reversed so that the interior space is cooled and the warm air is discharged outside or into the groundElectric heating is a process in which electrical energy is converted to heat energy. Common applications include space heating, cooking, water heating and industrial processes. An electric heater is an electrical device that converts an electric current into heat. The heating element inside every electric heater is an electrical resistor, and works on the principle of Joule heating: an electric current passing through a resistor will convert that electrical energy into heat energy. Most modern electric heating devices use nichrome wire as the active element; the heating element, depicted on the right, uses nichrome wire supported by ceramic insulators.

What is the Space heaters ? What is the Portable heaters ? What is the Room heaters ?
powered by either electricity or the combustion of a flammable fuel.  definition

Electric space heaters fall into three main categories
Convection heaters pass electricity through a heating element, causing the heating element to become hot. These elements are made from either metal or ceramic, and the overall process is called Joule heating. Next, this heat is transferred to the air in the room by convection. Some heaters include a fan to increase air circulation, while other heaters do not. For example, oil-filled space heaters do not have fans.
Infrared heaters also pass electricity through a conductive wire, causing the wire to become very hot. However, most of the heat is transferred by radiant heating, and not by convection, in this type of space heater. The hot wire emits infrared rays which transfer heat directly to a solid surface, not the surrounding air.
Heat pumps use the same process as refrigerators and air conditioners, but in reverse. Whereas convective and infrared heaters actually make more heat from electricity, heat pumps only move the location of heat. In a refrigerator, heat is moved from inside the refrigerator to the room, cooling the food inside the refrigerator. Similarly, heat pumps move heat from outside a room to inside the room, warming it.

Combustion space heaters operate by burning a flammable fuel such as natural gas, kerosene, propane, or wood, wall, portable.

What is the Gas heaters ?  definition
The first gas heater made use of the same principles of the Bunsen burner invented in the previous year. It was first commercialized by the English company Pettit and Smith in 1856. The flame heats the air locally. This heated air then spreads by convection, thus heating the whole room. Today the same principle applies with outdoor patio heaters or "mushroom heaters" which act as giant Bunsen burners.

Beginning in 1881 the burner's flame was used to heat a structure made of asbestos, a design patented by Sigismund Leoni, a British engineer. Later, fire clay replaced the asbestos because it is easier to mould. Modern gas heaters still work this way although using other refractory material.

Modern gas heaters have been further developed to include units which utilize radiant heat technology, rather than the principles of the Bunsen burner. This form of technology does not spread via convection, but rather, is absorbed by people and objects in its path. This form of heating is particularly useful for outdoor heating, where it is more economical than heating air that is free to move away, conductor.
